Cheeseburger Sliders With Caramelized Onions

These cheeseburger sliders are made with ground beef, cheese, Hawaiian rolls, and caramelized onions. The perfect appetizer or main course for a busy weeknight, game day, or potluck!

They’re juicy, cheesy, delicious, and super easy to make! Enjoy them with chips, onion rings, French fries, or coleslaw.

INGREDIENTS

– beef – cheese – buns – garlic powder – onion powder – ketchup – mustard – pickles – sesame seeds – butter – caramelized onions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add the ground beef to a skillet and brown it completely, this should take about 10 minutes.

Use a serrated knife to slice the rolls in half. Place the bottom layer on a baking sheet and cover it with 6 slices of cheese.

Pour the beef mixture all over the sandwiches, you don't have to use all of the beef! You can leave some behind.

Tips and Recipe Variations

- For best results, use Hawaiian butter rolls. These can be found at most supermarkets. - Don’t overbake the sliders otherwise, the bread rolls will become hard.
